How does the reserve work?

The reserve is a ledger. It has two kinds of rows.

Kind	Meaning
`accrual`	Half of one realized profit was set aside
`executed`	A buyback was run and paid

The reserve is the sum of accruals, less executed rows. The money is not moved out. It stays as treasury cash. It is earmarked, not spent.

Before any buyback is executed, executedUsd is 0. Configuring the token contract does not execute a buyback. Check the app for current totals.

A live buyback would go through the vault. The vault marks it with purpose = 1. See Functions.

Sample

Three sells book +$100, +$60, and -$30. Accruals are $50 and $30. The reserve is $80.
