How does the treasury trade?
The treasury is a portfolio. It holds USDG cash and stock tokens. It starts with $100,000 on paper.
The strategy is a set of fixed rules. It has no guesswork. It runs once per data cycle. It buys a stock token when the chain price sits well below base. It sells when the gap closes. It also sells on a time limit. And on a hard stop.
The strategy has a version. Today it is 1. These are its settings:
| Setting | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
edgePct | 1.0 | Net edge needed, percent |
convergePct | -0.25 | Gap that closes a position, percent |
maxPositionPct | 0.05 | Max share of equity in one stock |
maxDepthSharePct | 0.02 | Max order as a share of pool depth |
maxOrderUsd | 5000 | Max order, USD |
maxHoldHours | 72 | Max hold time |
hardStopPct | -6 | Loss that forces an exit, percent |
minDepthUsd | 5000 | Min pool depth to trade |
cooldownSeconds | 60 | Wait between fills on one stock |
maxOrdersPerCycle | 3 | Max fills per cycle |
defaultPoolFee | 0.003 | Fee when the pool fee is unknown |
The rules never trade on stale data. They never mark at a stale price. See Rules in order.
